I had a C-section almost 11 weeks ago (my second in less than 2 years). I recovered fairly well after the first and was on my way back to my pre-pregnancy body when I conceived my second baby. This time I haven't been so lucky!! I'm 3 stone heavier and am desperate to get back in shape. Is it ok to do pilates at this stage? I feel fine physically.
I haven't done pilates before but from what I've read, it's the best low impact exercise for losing weight and toning up.
Any advice/suggestions welcome.
