So I'm 42 year old and my body looks older. It's not to bad in clothes it's when I'm in bikinis.
My weight has been up and down over the years. From 9st up to 14st. Also 3 pregnancies.
Im currently 10st10 which im happy with, the problem is my skin looks quite saggy on the top of my legs (inner thighs), my arms, underneath and obviously my stomach from have 3 children, all c-sections.
Anyone know have any good exercises I can do to try and make these areas look a little better.
Must admit I've never really exercised in my life, can never find the time
