Hi, my little boy is 3 and so im not early post partum by any stretch but an osteopath has just told me that I've got a slight disastasis recti from my last pregnancy. I haven't been given a huge amount of information about it apart from I shouldn't be doing things like planks and sit ups. I have been wanting to work on my fitness and had previously been trying to do the yoga with adriene day videos at home but am now scared in case I do something I shouldn't and so am just avoiding exercise instead!
Does anyone have any experience with this or know if the Adrienne yoga videos are okay? I did Google yoga for diastasis but it just comes up with very gentle videos designed for people in early stages after a baby and I'm looking for something a bit more?
