Best non slip yoga mat

I've yet to find one so just use a narrow towel across it for my hands

Most grippy mat ever is one I purchased several months ago from Pharmond Life. You will not be disappointed, but they are a little pricey. Would retain its grip even during hot yoga.

I use this one for both home practice and also for hot yoga. The more you sweat the more grippy it gets!

I've got this one - debated spending a lot more, but really pleased with this for the price and it really is non-slip.

Good choice. You won't be disappointed. I am a yoga teacher and have been practicing yoga for 30 years. Best mat ever!
