Since 1st Jan I've really tried to improve my health.
I've been calorie counting and exercising on the treadmill.
I started off just walking 15 mins a day but worked my way to now jogging 25-30 mins daily. I've lost 19lbs so it's really working and I'm enjoying it.
However, the last 2 to 3 weeks I've been getting a stitch in my side when I'm on the treadmill and it's SO painful it's causing me stop and either walk, or gove up entirely.
What can I do to prevent this happening now because I don't want this to stop my progress!

Well done on your progress - you’re doing brilliantly!
Apparently a stitch is sometimes caused by dehydration, so that might be worth considering. I get a stitch when I’m running if I haven’t had enough water the day before (I run early in the morning). A running podcast I listen to said that different people get stitches for different reasons. Hope someone else has some other suggestions and that you get it sorted out.
