Ok. I have 12 weeks to lose 6 kgs. My current BMI is 22.7. I'm more concerned with looking toned and fit then just skinny. This is a vanity project, overdue post pregnancy but now I have the first nice evening event to use as a push.
In my position, what would your day look like in terms of diet and fitness for the next 12 weeks?
I'm not a member of a gym, but I love Jillian Michaels, running, walking and yoga. I have hand weights. I have no allergies, and like most foods.
