Hey guys!
I know insanity & other beach body workouts are old now but when I previously did T25 & Insanity sone years ago they really worked. I've been yo-yo ing in weight the last couple years, btwn 10-11 stone, when previously I was 9.5 & was stressed that I was nearly approaching 9.75! Then bang! One day I was 10.5 st. Lol
So the weight just appeared & now wont shift
. I've been doing slim fast on & off over the past year or so but it's not been great (results last year for a short time but nothing lately). Also I have a peloton bike as I love spin classes but I'm not motivated to use regularly at home unfortunately. So, I think I need to get back on the harder core scheduled exercise.
Just wondering if anyone is doing insanity currently? (Or T25/PX90 etc!). An exercise partner to keep me accountable would be great!
I'm planning to start tomorrow.
