Starting Rhythm spin class... how long to get fitter?

I already do bodyoump twice a week, swim 50 lengths once a week and loads of brisk walking, 12-15k steps a day. But tried spin today (rhythm class) and it was really hard! If I go twice a week and challenge myself will it get easier?
