Knickers for running - new shorts

I bought a couple of shorts for running on Sports shoes, and both of them have an inner brief layer, but no cotton on the er gusset.

Are you meant to wear them without knickers?

I promise I'm not a troll. I usually wear my Ronhill Marathon shorts with underwear, but these seem tighter and I don't want to keep adjusting myself during a run or get chafing or overheating from wearing potentially 3 layers.

Some people run without, I just can’t…I feel weird 😂 I love Runderwear full briefs. So much so that I wear them even when I’m not running! So comfy.

Hmm, I may need to try them without on a short run early in the morning to see.

Are Runderwear briefs worn on their own or over normal underwear?

Runderwear are just like normal pants- also decathlon to fab runningbriefs too for a third of the price! I had a phase of my knockers not sitting right so sometimes run without, it’s fine!

They’re meant to be worn sans pants. I have SB ones and the fabric is thick enough that it’s ok. Def would be chafing if I wore pants too.
