Does this app exist for running

I've finished C25K and I'd really like an app that allows me to set myself a sequence that I can vary e.g. 5 min walk, 10 minute jog, 5 minute fast run, 10 minute jog etc etc. I've tried the Nike Run club guided runs on the app but I find the constant talking from the coaches really annoying and I just want to listen to my music and zone out with just a beep or something to signal the next phase.
Or is there something clever I can do on my iPhone with timers that doesn't mean stopping to set each timer for a phase of faster/slower running.

Interval timers can be set as you wish. Loads avaliable.

I like one with gameshow style beeps and buzzes. My brain seems to register that better than talking or bells and whistles.

You can't, apparently, do it on Garmin connect, but I've never used tat function.

I have a free app called IntervalTimer (icon is a screen, that is blue with 0:30 on it in black). Bills itself as a HIiT timer, but works well for running and I find it easy to use.

Thank you! You're right, loads of interval timers available, I just didn't have the right word for it.

The one I use is just called Intervals.
