Hi, I've been given a list of exercises to do to help with some problems I've been having. I've been advised to do 8-10 reps of each exercise, and repeat them 2-3 times in one session. I'm wondering if it's better to:
a) do 8-10 reps of one exercise and then repeat that 2-3 times with a little break (30 or 60 seconds?) before moving on to the next exercise and doing the same
b) do 8-10 reps of each exercise and then repeat the whole routine 2-3 times
It might not even matter, but I don't know and want to make sure I'm doing what's best if it does make a difference. The person I saw was really helpful and I've emailed her for advice, but I think she only works 2 days so won't be back in for 4-5 days, and I can't wait to get started!
