I've recently started doing yoga and reformer pilates after a year of not being able to exercise due to cancer and surgery.
Since I've been doing the yoga and pilates I can hear my spine! I can hear it sort of popping and crunching. It's not in any way sore, and I'm wondering if its due to me becoming more flexible or if its something I should get checked out.
Has anyone experienced this, and if so does it get better? I know from getting massages that I have a really tight "concrete" back so I don't know if its just me getting stretched. Help!
