Caroline Girvan - alternative to push ups, dodgy shoulders

I’m a new recruit to Caroline Girvan. I’m day 6 of Epic and am loving/hating it. Problem is, I’ve joint problems due to hyper mobility and arthritis. I can cope with, or adapt, most exercises but am struggling with an alternative to the many push ups. My shoulders can’t tolerate them - even the knee variation. Can anyone recommend an alternative which targets the same muscle groups please?

I do them vertically against a wall, would this work for you?

Also another suggestion for wall push ups, perhaps progress to a chair / lower but not floor surface if you’re finding the wall too easy.
