How can I shift belly weight?

I’m very fit and do five or six hour long workouts a week (body pump, attack, strength workouts) so overall a good variety. I’m slim and look good but have a bit of a jelly belly. I try very hard to be good with my diet as I know that counts for a lot but it’s hard 😩 what do I need to eat or not eat to try and get a flat tummy?

I think a lot is genetic. I've always had a flat stomach and been slim. I'm pear shaped so I don't seem to gain any weight on my top half. I've been doing Chloe ting abs workouts and I've got really defined abs but I feel like I'm just lucky. I do her 10 min abs works about 5 times a week and I run but my stomach was flat before I began doing any exercise.

Ever hear the saying ‘you can’t outrun a bad diet?’.

As a typical apple shape, my jelly belly only went once I got to the lower end of my BMI and lost the excess fat that accumulated there. The rest of me was already really slim but the belly was the last to go.

How can I shift belly weight?

Also my diet is awful, I eat quite a lot of high fat high sugar things. I don't eat big portions though. My portions are fairly small I only eat if I'm hungry and I know when I'm full.
