About a month ago I had a nasty cold with very sore throat and ears for a few days.
Mostly better now, except I'm getting awful earache in the evenings. Just the evening. About now, swallowing causes pain in one ear and there's an underlying ache. It's been fine all day.
I did go out for a walk earlier and it's quite windy here, but the same thing happened yesterday when I was indoors all day.
