exercise timer - tabata or?

I need a simple one for my workouts.

my physio used tabata (sp?)

I would it to be a timer only, no access to other apps or health data.

There's literally thousands of apps, I'm.not sure if you're asking about an app or a product but I've always used apps

Tabata is a great way to squeeze a lot of exercise into a short amount if time.

But other short HIIT workouts may work out just as well.

Look up Growingannanas on YouTube. These are very professional workouts - very varied, different durations, low impact, super-sweaty, et cetera. Im sure you'll find some that suit you!

These things have been done... blue tooth earphones on... yoga with Adriene in a quiet spot in the gardens, warm up videos in the outdoor gym. I'm not afraid of looking a pillock in society though Grin

I've got one called "Interval Timer" I like the sound effects for start/ stop. On some apps I seem to miss the instruction easily.

I can recommend Pure Energy Go. You can buy tracks of music (20 min or 30 min or whatever) with the Tabata counts and intervals built in. Just choose 12 or 15 different exercises and that's your workout. I use this music when I'm teaching fitness classes. The music is great and you don't have to fanny around with a timer.

I only need a timer, have plenty of exercises from physio and a trainings plan.
