Hi,

Does anyone have any recommendations for headphones to use while exercising/running - ideally wireless.

I've got in ear ones (air pods) but they constantly fall out even when I'm hardly moving so I don't trust them to stay in while running.

When I'm in the gym I use beats but think they might be too bulky for running.

I have the Sony mdr-as600bt that are excellent. The flexible moulding means they stay securely in my ear when I'm running (most other earphones just fall out), the sound quality is excellent, they're really easy to use to skip songs etc when running and the battery life is amazing.

I run with Powerbeats Pro as I had the same problem with AirPods. They don't budge.

Aftershokz - best bit of running kit I ever bought .... they are bone conductors so suit on the outside of the ear.

2nd the Aftershokz. I never got o. With in ear headphones - small ears and I sweat a lot so the often slipped out. Just put the Aftershokz on and forget about them. As they are bone conduction the don't cover your ear holes so you can still hear sounds around you, great for safety when you are running outside as you can hear traffic, bikes, people etc.

Aftershokz here too

Powerbeats Pro - perfect for running and gym workouts.

You need ones with a ear fin that sits in the crevices of your ear therefore don't fall out. I got a Bluetooth set from Amazon for about £30 and you 'lock' them into your ears and stay put.

Aftershockz

I have small ears. Nothing likes staying in them!

I've got some Uproar Wireless headphones for running and exercising but they are big squishy ear defender type ones which aren't terribly 'in' right now! I love them though and they keep my ears nice and warm too.

Agree with everyone else saying aftershocks. They are not as good in a gym because they don't block out noise (e.g the crap music playing over gym speakers, men grunting unnecessarily!) but then that makes them better running outside because you can still hear cars/people coming behind you so they are much safer. Keep an eye on amazon, they seem to do occasional deals, got mine for about 40 quid.
