Everyone here raves about Caroline Girvan. So I'm going to give it a go, to improve strength - but where do I start? There seens to be so much out there on YouTube.

I don't want more cardio, just strength (I do enough cardio).

And what do I need? I have kettlebells and resistance bands but that's about it...

I think Day 1 of any of the EPIC serieses would probably do you fine? The Epic Heat one is more cardio-intense so that doesn't sound like it'd be what you want upfront. As far as I know you generally only need kettlebells/dumbbells and a mat for floor work.

I'd start with the Epic series, but I miss out every 5th day which is a HIIT, as I do other cardio in the week (spin, running and rower).

You'll need dumbbells of whichever weight it best for you

I did the epic beginner first, it's five workouts so I did that for a few weeks before starting epic 1.
