Hello, so I need a kick up the £&(?. So I have decided to get moving in February, 15 minutes sponsored skipping each day to raise money for the stroke association. I have applied for this via FB.

My skipping rope has its arrived and I managed 2 minutes?! Who wants to join me in this mammoth challenge (well for me anyway)!

I like this idea as I love skipping, I'm super fat at the moment and lost DDad to a stroke this year. Thanks for highlighting this am heading straight to Amazon for a rope.

I am hoping to drop about 4 dress sizes in February! (I wish). I am hoping it encourages me to get fitter. So sorry to hear about your dad
