I have posted this on an ongoing thread as well but just to hopefully reach a broader audience -
I'm starting C25K today 💪🏻 went and spanked too much money on trainers yesterday so will feel guilty if I don't.
I was going to use the NHS app but I can't see how to use it on my Apple Watch rather than phone. Any hints there? Or recommendations for another one I can use that's good and means I don't have to take my phone with me?
