Cheap pedometers - and recommendations?

I had my hips replaced at last, and am now wanting to count steps as part of my rehab. Could anyone recommend cheap and cheerful pedometer, please? I don't have a smartphone so I don't want one that does anything with apps; it doesn't even have to be entirely accurate as I just want to get a general picture. I bought a cheap Karrimor one in Sports Direct which clips on to my waistband - but its great flaw is that when I sit down, it presses the reset button on the back of it, so it's constantly resetting itself! I like the waistband system, though, as I can't bear the feeling of anything on my wrists so couldn't wear a watch type thing. I would be very grateful for any suggestions!
