Achilles' tendon

I was jogging the other night and about half hour later I started to get pins and needles and then my calf was in pain. The next day I was feeling around on my leg and it's very tender around the bottom so I assume I've done something to my Achilles' tendon. The weird thing is I'm not in pain walking when it when I touch it it's agony. I've not done any exercise the past couple days but was wondering if it's not hurting when walking then is it ok to do some exercise or could that make it worse?

see a physio. but in the mean time look up calf stretches and massages.

See a physiotherapist, and then get into a stretching routine, with advice from the physio.
