Does anyone know of any good resources / apps / videos / books for home workouts with Pilates bands? I got a set of 5 in the sale today (Thanks Davina McCall) but it's been years since I did any Pilates.
I'm looking to tone up generally and gain some strength, alongside building back up my running and going back to the gym. At my peak a couple of years ago I was doing weekly pole fitness and running half marathons but I've somewhat let it all slide...
