Does anyone have a Bigzzia treadmill? How do you find it?
I started running during the summer holidays and had finally worked my way to my goal of running for 30 minutes. Then after a bout of illness/terrible weather/anxiety and it generally being too peopley out there I have lost my confidence and my fitness level has went down.
I'm on a tight budget but thought something I could use in the house to work on my endurance might help.
Any other tips or recommendations most welcome!
