I’ve just signed up for this - anyone else? I can’t run every day but I can definitely walk! Just want to motivate myself, not trying to raise money for charity.

Yup, I did too! Did you order a T-shirt? I haven’t , it’s got Decathlon written on it (don’t ask, I’ve got a thing with visible logos on things) 😂 but I’m debating it. Do any of the money go to charity if we order it?

Me! I have a t-shirt from a few years ago.

I might go to decathlon at the weekend and have a look at the shirt, maybe the buff too. Love a bit of merch!

@WhiteCatmas I have the 2020 one, it’s actually a good T-shirt, cut properly and didn’t shrink, I wore it loads!!

It was a nice motivator with a calendar on the back where you could mark off the days.

How is everyone getting on with this? I've signed up for it and my aim is to complete 20 hours of physical activity in a month rather than running every day.

I am on 75% of my activity target and have set myself a modest fundraising target.
Is anyone else doing the fundraising part?

Following the Garmin HM training plan helps keep me motivated as well as preparing for a forthcoming trail race.

Keep going everyone.
