Now I'm not new to trying to start weights at the gym but recently my thighs are crippling me for 4/5 days after a work out to the point I have to crawl upstairs..

I've gone to basically body weight again and I'm still struggling..

Any tips on how to strengthen my quads? I've got hyper flexible hips so normal stretches just don't work for me?

Most people need to strengthen their glutes, this then takes the strain off the quads when you do lunges and squats etc.

So lots of bridges, donkey kicks etc

Strengthening lower abs will also help stop over reliance on quads, especially important if you have hypermobile hips
