Treated myself to a Vivoactive 4S a month ago and I am on week 5 of the half marathon plan and did the time trial run today.
The steps of the time trial are:
-Warm up 0.5mi
-Until lap press
-Run - 5 min
Cool down 0.5 mi
I wasn't entirely certain what "until lap press" meant and thought you had to press the button to start timing your run after the warm up, but that only stopped it so I had to press it again IYSWIM.
I ran the 5 minutes and expected something to happen then, but ended up stopping the workout completely when nothing happened. Only ended up running 0.75 miles after the warm up and messed it up!
Could someone more knowledgeable tell me what I was meant to do please? Do I need to press anything after the warm up? When should my watch beep after the main run?
