Running after c section

How long did you wait to start running after a c section?
I'm 3.5 months postpartum and would like to start doing some gentle jogging.
My incision is no longer painful but I occasionally get an uncomfortable sensation/tingling in it, usually at night in bed.
I ran pre pregnancy and swam through it. Been swimming on and off for past month and no pain.
Would prefer not to go to an MOT type check and my gp did not seem too bothered about answering my questions on this.
Thanks for your thoughts!

I went for my first slow run at 11wks PP and could manage a very slow 5k by 13wks PP.

I had been rehab my core from straight after the section though so I was confident I didn't have diastatis and that my core could support me. I used MuTu program for 10 weeks to do this.

I tried about 9 weeks after and was horrible feelings. 11 weeks after all was fine.

You're probably fine to begin.
Start very gently to find where your limits are.
Worth doing some post-natal friendly core work too.

I don't run but I was back in the gym weightlifting at 10wk post c-section. I had scar rupture from my 1st c-section scar and an infection that took 2 weeks of antibiotics to clear too so wasn't the easiest recovery. By 6 weeks pp I was itching to get back to it. 1st week back I was doing 40kg back squats and 80kg deadlifts and my scar gave me no issues at all.
