I’m looking to buy an exercise mat to take to the gym, for LBT, pump and Pilates classes. What type of mat do I need? I’ve looked in TK maxx as recommended on other threads but there is so much choice I don’t know which to buy. Do I need a 5mm yoga mat or padded foam 10mm Reebok/Nike type one? Some people have complained that there mats have fallen to pieces when doing mountain climbers etc, so any recommendations/ones to avoid appreciated. I don’t really want spend more than £30.
Which one do you have and would you recommend it?
