Just started this with my PT and it's fantastic.
I've been training with her for over 6 months and just switched to this (with all their clients).
The PT has set up workout routines which I can schedule to each day, but they make the gym routine according to what I can do.
So far I've done two with them and one by myself, the structure is great and I can see my progress with weights and reps/sets. Really recommend!
