So depressed about saddlebags

Evening all
Not sure if this is the right place to post. I’m a slim size 8, and workout 5 times a week both cardio and weights. Since giving birth I have these horrible saddlebags at the side of my bum/thighs that look awful in jeans and leggings. I just can’t seem to tone them up at all no matter what type of exercises I do. I’ve even incorporated correct exercises for saddlebags and no luck. I eat ok. Not the best but not the worst. Probably an average diet I’d say. I can’t lose any more weight or else I’d get too skinny. They only came on after giving birth as well.

Does anyone know how to get rid? They’re getting me so down.
