Calorie Deficit

I'm currently in a calorie deficit of 1,760 per day but I'm starting to struggling with meal preps.

I've worked out that I need:

Protein - 20% - 86g
Carbs - 50% - 215g
Fat - 30% - 60g

My calorie breakdown is:

Breakfast - 355
Snack 1 - 220
Lunch - 440
Snack 2 - 220
Dinner - 530

So my confusions are if tomorrow I decided to have a homemade pizza for dinner, how do I know much protein, carbs and fats I need ensuring that its within my dinner calorie of 530 but I am still hitting my daily macro intake too?

I can come up with food ideas but I just have no clue how to balance calories/macros in each meal. Help would be greatly appreciated!

You might want to report your post and ask MNHQ to move it to one of the diet topics - there isn't anything about exercise in your post at all, and it seems more likely (well, to me at least) that you'll find people who know about nutrition in one of the topics related to eating

I would plan your main meals and input them and then use your snacks to sort out your macros. I normally have my protein at 35%, carbs at 35% and fat at 30%, I do a lot of weights in the gym, so I plan my meals around hitting my protein content. I then review how I am doing and if I’ve had a chicken wrap for lunch which is mainly carbs and protein, I know I’m lacking in fat and so I would have nuts for my snack.
I wouldn’t be too stuck on the macros as long as your hitting your protein as that helps you feel full. It’s personal to you too so if you’re hungry on that I would lower the carbs a bit unless you’re doing loads of cardio.

WTAF?! Surely that’s a typo? 1,700 deficit A DAY!! Every day? Week in, week out?

If you read the rest of the post @WhiskeryWoman it’s clearly eating 1700 calories a day to be in calorie deficit!!
I think you’ll need to use something like my fitness pal and put all your weights and ingredients in to build a recipe for anything homemade.
