Asics outlet online ordering

Ordered something last week and received the shipping confirmation, except when I track it on my the label has been created.

Are they generally efficient with their deliveries? Trustpilot reviews are not promising.

I ordered some trainers from ASICS outlet a month or so ago, with free shipping (from Germany I think). Lots of updates about what they were up to in transit, and I think they arrived within about 10 days. I wasn’t in a hurry for them and hadn’t paid for faster shipping etc.

Panic over, as my order did arrive, although the status of delivery remained stuck on the first stage.
I wasn't in a rush myself but the reviews on Trustpilot didn't fill me with confidence and I didn't realise they shipped from Germany.

Yes, it's not obvious they ship from Germany. Same with Triumph underwear.
