Gigantic calf muscles

Hi,
Hoping someone knowledgeable about exercise would be able to please advise me on this!
I have since childhood had HUGE calf muscles. Bigger than my partners (who is a well built man). So big I can’t wear zip up boots or even wellies as they won’t fit over my legs. I genuinely have the calves of a burly male rugby player and I HATE IT. I am so conscious of them, I never bare my legs. I have had men shout at me out of vans about them. If there was some sort of calf size reducing plastic surgery, I would 100% sign up for it. But as there obviously isn’t, I am asking if anyone knows if there is any way I can slim them down via particular exercise?!
Thankyou! Xx

Watching with interest! I have the same problem mine are 48 cm circumference! Can’t wear tall boots or any vaguely tapered trousers (which is 90% of trousers).

Aggh, I hear you. I have it too.

Are they muscly? If they feel like they swell and are oversized compared to the rest of your body then have a look at lipoedema...I've recently realised that I have this in my thighs.
If it's just muscle then ignore me Smile

Yeah it’s muscle (not due to working out! Just genetics and probably tottering around in stupid heels as a teenager all the time didn’t help)

Mine are muscly. Lifetime of swimming and cycling and chunky leg genetics.
