Best swimming googles for 'older' skin and bags under eyes!!!!

Hi, I have taken up swimming in lockdown and swim about 4 times a week. I am loving it but it's wrecking my skin and creating massive bags under my eyes. I am aged 55 so my skin isn't going to get any tighter but wearing goggles is really accelerating the ageing process! I have tried bigger googles (Aqua Sphere Unisex Adult Vista Open), but they still pull on the skin around my eyes. Next step is a full on face mask but hoping for some better advice! Thanks.

Didn't want you to feel ignored but I can't help, either. I struggle with just keeping them from leaks.

Thanks lljkk! Probably isn't anything other than a full on whole face mask to save my wrinkled old skin!

I think you mean 'goggles' OP Wink.

I have several pairs but I think you'd like the AqtivAqua wide views. They are about £20 on Amazon. I also like the speedo Futura biofuse.

I could have written your post @Stormdennis as I love swimming but suffer the same problem. I have two pairs, a smaller pair which give me terrible eye bags that last half the day (I think it’s the suction from the goggles) and the aqua sphere vista which are giving me wrinkles elsewhere. I feel so vain but it’s actually making me not want to swim and as I like other forms of exercise, I have stopped the swimming for now.

I don’t have an answer but this frustrates me too.
I enjoy open water swimming and we have a lake that does sessions nearby. But I look about 100 afterwards with the goggle marks that last for ages. It’s putting me off which is a shame.

You know you don't need to suction them onto your face, right? They'll work anyway.

They just do suction though, whether I like it or not!
