I just started with a personal trainer. After 2 pregnancies close together my DC2 is nearly a year, I've lost my baby weight and a size 8 but i just feel a bit skinny with a saggy arse, I've no shape.
If I'm going twice a week how long will it realistically take to see results that other people notice, I'd like a bigger bum and thighs and more definition on my arms and stomach
