I had a breast augmentation 7 years ago about 2 years after my 2nd was born.
Im really into fitness now and ive spent a few years growing muscle in my arms legs but tummy and back....
But one muscle i never work out is my chest because i have partial under the muscle breast implants..
Those inplants were best for me as i wanted a natural look and because i didnt have much fat partial under the muscle was best,i went from a AA to a C cup.
The problem im having now is because i wide set breasts and no muscle definition if i wore a plunge neck dress i still look like an A cup... No joke im considering having my implants removed because of this.
Before i commit to remove them or replace them with bigger over muscle implants .
.. I would like to know if i can weight train my chest muscles to make the middle of my chest look better and acheive some sort of cleavage.
