fitnessblender.com

You can pay (not expensive) for set programmes but there's also lots of free videos!

Hi, I've recently tried a really different but fantastic online exercise class that brings in meditation, fun dancing and and left me feeling really energised but calm! What I liked most about it was there are no wrong steps, you can go at your own pace and no judgement at all! At the moment the introductory class is free, the woman that runs it is lovely, check it out see what you think www.grandmagroove.com

Do Caroline girvan- she’s amazing and complex free. You won’t get better .

Exercise will only work if you also track calories, are completely honest about portion sizes etc, and look at how you can be in a modest calorie deficit each day.

Also, one of the best ways to lose weight via exercise is not heaps of cardio as your body just adapts, but a progressive weight lifting programme. Get into heavy weights, in deadlifts, squats, and dumbbell overhead squat thrusters (I prefer these to bench press).

Get someone to show you good form, and start lifting in a progressive programme - MegSquats is excellent on YouTube.

Chloe Ting on YouTube. It's free. But diet is the most important so use something like myfitnesspal to track.

Couch to 5k - get into running. It burns fat, and once you have decent shoes is cheap and accessible.

Les mills, less than £10 a month, hundreds of classes and they're always adding to them. Wrights, dance, yoga, boxing, cardio, bike etc.
