I’ve signed up for this with my new watch (got 3 months free). So far, I am loving it. I don’t know what has happened to me, but I am doing 4 workouts a week, using weights for most of them. I am normally the sort of person that has to force myself to stick at exercise and normally hardly do any at all. I can’t believe how motivated I am to do this. I hope it lasts!!!
A couple of things could be better though. I wish they would tell you if some sessions were more suitable for beginners or not. And that I could search for more things like ‘only uses one dumbbell’ or ‘uses bodyweight only’ in the strength ones.
