Running after c section

Last year for the first time ever I got quite into running, completed C25k and carried on doing 6 - 8km runs.

Then fell pregnant and had ds 7 weeks ago. During my pregnancy I carried on walking a lot and swimming but stopped running as I didn't feel comfortable carrying on

Now looking to start running again but no idea where or how to start. C section scar is healed in the outside and I've been doing 3 - 5km walks with the buggy most days and swimming etc.

I have a treadmill at home so will start on that.

Wondering if anyone else has been in a similar situation and has any advice Smile

I went back to the gym & running after about 8 weeks. Same as you, I’d be walking from pretty early on. Just listen to your body, as I’m sure you would anyway.

Congratulations on your baby!
