I am the mum of a lovely little 17m old boy. Since having my son I have decided to change career paths and I would love your help.
I am extremely passionate about wellness/fitness/women's health and I am starting up my own business round this. Something I will offer are pre- and post-natal exercise classes. I myself really struggled to find any kind of fitness class whilst I was pregnant and with my post-natal body as instructors just didn't have the knowledge and expertise to help me. I hope to change that and support as many women as I can.
I would love to know what sort of classes would interest you and as much information you can give around that. For example whether you would like 1-on-1 or group sessions; the type of exercise classes; whether you'd want classes that babies can attend and what facilities you'd expect to be available.
Currently I am just gathering up as much information as I can from REAL women and learning about the market.
