Comfy earbuds for walking/running

Can anyone recommend some please?

Preferably under £50.

I find Apple earphones comfy (the wired ones) but really fancy something wireless, but not expensive

Thanks

I know this is going to seem like a really asinine question, but does it have to be earbuds?

It is much, much safer to have bone-conducting ones where nothing is in the ear and you can still hear the outside world. Leading brand is Aftershokz, and they start at about the £50 point. I don't run with anything else now.

I was coming on to suggest aftershocz too. Just started using them after continually getting swimmers ear from sweat (sorry) and they are brilliant. Husband converted too!

Just to say though I found the £99 lighter than the cheaper ones

@AuntieStella not at all... thank you for the advice. Just had a quick look at amazon. I like the idea of still being able to hear what's going on around me.

Is sound still good though?

I find that it is

Do you live near a branch of Runners Need - they often have display ones you can try on in-store (don't know if that's survived covid though, as an item potentially touched by many people - OTOH they're fairly water-resistant so should be easy to clean off)

Gotta be aftershocks

BogRollBOGOF · 21/07/2021 15:58

If aftershocks can work with your budget, go with them.
I've got very small fussy ears and they are by far the most comfortable earphones plus also work well as a headset.

I use a Bluetooth headband as I cannot abide having anything in my ears and having ambient sound blocked.
