Smart Hula Hoops

Hi, I got a fat middle 😔 I've been looking at Smart Hula Hoops, does anyone have any experience of them? Are they any good?... Seen one on Wowcher for a tenner, might be worth a punt...

I've got one @MrsJessop. It took a while to master it properly but I got the hang of it eventually. I'm not sure how effective it is yet, but it's handy to have around. Make sure you have plenty of space!

I got excited thinking there was a new crisp for a second there.

I have one! It’s fun (took me a furious 9 minutes of frustration to get the knack of it but I got it in the end 😄). Haven’t used it enough to see any results, typical, but it seems to be the same motion as a hula hoop but easier to do. It’s fun. I did it for about 15 mins a day for a week which is not enough to see results and never build up the habit.

They are fun but won't make your waist smaller
