Which wireless headphones do you use?

I have some AirPods which always fall out, so I bought some over the hooks to wear. They work, except I can't wear my sunglasses with them.

I like having the noise cancelling and the non-cancelling modes.

If your AirPods fall out, which headphones have you found that don't?

Aftershokz Trez mini have been a game changer for me.

FinallyHere · 06/07/2021 14:16

I have the aftershockz

Brilliant.

I use the Powerbeats Pro with various version of Oakleys without issue.

Aftershokzs!

Another vote for AfterShokz! I have the OpenMove model and use them for exercise, audiobooks, Teams calls etc.

I like being able to hear my surroundings when running etc. and would totally recommend them.

Oh, and I should have mentioned that I find them ok to wear with sunglasses or glasses (which I wear all the time).

I've loved aftershokz but they did keep breaking (probably because I stuffed them in my bag). Also if you're somewhere loud you hear that too - good if you're running by a road, less good if you don't like the music on at the gym. I currently have soundcore liberty and they're excellent. Battery life is really good.

MPOW running headphones. They go behind the neck and hook over the ears. I wear glasses all the time and they are no problem.

Have you looked at AirPods Pro? AirPod originals fall out all the time (ridiculous shape if you ask me) but the Pros are great and don’t move.

I’ve also got some Aukey ones from Amazon which are bloody amazing considering they’re less than £25!! I think I’d prefer them to the AirPods if I didn’t have an iPhone.

How about some Bose Frames?

Sunglasses AND headphones, in one.

LucysSkyDiamonds · 06/07/2021 18:36

I have cheap Tozo ear buds from amazon that are good quality for £20 and I put a head band over to keep them and my glasses secure. I lost my jabra elites 💔

They are gorgeous. Wonder if you can get them retro fitted with a prescription lens….

Anker SoundBuds Slim. They're very comfortable, stay in well, don't get in the way of glasses and I like that I can take them out of my ears and they hang in front of my neck - I think I'd lose the completely wireless sort. Sound quality is really good for the price and a charge lasts ages.

Those are the ones I have. They fall out as soon as I walk around. It was ok in winter as I wore a hat, the over the ear hooks worked for a while when there was no sun but now I need to wear sunglasses.
I also can't wear them with the hooks whilst doing the housework and wearing my glasses.

Recently bought Aftershokz for dh and he loves them.

If the Pro’s fall out with the rubber buds then pretty much every true wireless buds will fal out, they’re all designed in a very similar manner!

LucysSkyDiamonds · 06/07/2021 22:00

Op, have you tried a smaller size on the inner silicone yokes technical term. I was about to send back a pair until I changed them and they fit perfectly then.

This is what worries me! And it's a bit expensive to try them out...

I had aftershocks but the one and only time I wore them my heart rate slowed down and my ICD didn’t kick in. We believe that the headphones may have shut off the ICD although it’s unproven but I very nearly had a cardiac arrest which had never happened before and has never happened since.

A bit of research told me that there was no clear evidence but that the jury was out so to speak. Obviously for most people that wouldn’t be an issue, but just a cautionary tale.

I have anchor soundcore s.

I did buy some of the fake airpods which someone recommended on here through wowcher but they stopped working after about 8 weeks.
