Stomach exercises after c-section

I had a c-section three weeks ago and looking at my stomach is making me want to cry, it's so wobbly and unattractive! Has anyone got any advice for toning? YouTube or Instagram channels would be really helpful. Thanks

Not yet!!
These things need time and you need to let your body heal first. You could risk more damage if you start this early.

I'm 3 months on amd haven't done any exercise at all yet, due to spending lots of time with my older kids and feeling issues with baby. Yet suddenly my stomach much flatter! I think not rushing has helped loads and I'm sure now with some Mutu exercises I'll be great and back to normal!

Wait at least 6weeks for internal scars to heal. I found my skin and fat has felt much less jiggly as times gone on (now at 20wks)- constantly picking up and putting down a baby has helped aswell!
I'd suggest gentle exercises at first such as pelvic tilts and leg raising on your back/ "table top toe taps"
