Got an Apple Watch 6 and I get 3 months of fitness+ with it.
Can anyone recommend any routines for me? I have a zoom trainer via SafeFit, but that's tapering off now. I've had a month of 3x weekly refuting down to twice a week then once a month. It's free so I'm not complaining and it's done the job of getting me used to a routine.
I'm not keen to go back to the gym as I can't get changed or shower there now.
I'm obese (ugh) but loosing gradually. Down a stone and dress size, so getting there. I'm not superfit but happy to give things a go.
I just want to do something fun that'll do me good.
