I wondered if anyone is starting a new form of exercise? Trying to get in shape? Recovering from an injury? I would love to have some company.
I've had three years of injuries and chronic pain in my pelvis and back. I'm trying to introduce exercise to support my very sore body but easy to get dispondent about how difficult it is.
I went swimming today and managed 4 lengths of 50m pool but I'm very sore now...
