Does anyone do any workouts at home using weights that they can recommend? I was looking at the Caroline Girvan plan (10 week training plan on YouTube using weights) but each workout is 30 mins and I would ideally like to only do 20 mins a day...
I only have a few lbs to lose but I really want to tone up / work on strength / get fitter.
I would be interested in what other people do at home. I am a single parent so just don't get enough free time to go to the gym and I don't really enjoy it anyway!
