I can no longer get to a gym because I have a 3 year old and so have been using the fiit app for the past year and odd bit of running when I can. Fiit seems to have quite a lot of weighted exercises which I don't enjoy, I just want bodyweight only, hiit, bodycombat or toning stuff. I'm not a huge fan of the bodycoach workouts as quite often I'd get injured so prob a bit to intense for me. I'm very out of shape. Can anyone advise a good online exercise app or similar which is not all weight lifting and good for beginners? Ideally with good music to keep motivated! Thanks

I think Les Mills On Demand fits your brief. So many different work outs, some with weights and lots without. Great music, motivating instructors. They usually offer a 30 day free trial, so worth a go and spend some time exploring the app to check out everything they have to offer.

I’ve got the Les Mills app too, it’s really good with so many different work outs. I pay £8 a month with my blue light card

I really rate Fiit. There are loads of body weight exercises. I've been using it for 2 years and I've only been doing weighted stuff the last year.

It is a bit lacking in combat but the yoga, pilates and barre are all great alongside the hiit stuff.

I think they push the equipment classes because you do get much quicker results when using weights. But there really is something for everyone.

I really like the way you can wear a tracker, I find it really motivating. I've never stuck at anything as long as I have this! I honestly don't see the need to go to the gym again.

Nike training is great and free. Lots of different exercises for all levels, quite ally of body weight only sessions.
