After couch 2 to 5

I fi isherwood couch to 5 2 weeks ago and I am really struggling to move on. I started out with Huw Williams couch to 5 the fun way but "outran" him as he was not as fast with the uploads so from week 6 I used the NHS podcasts. I really didn't enjoy them as much but I ploughed through.

I am now running 5 k and I really enjoy feeling the difference in my body but I miss a podcast to run with. I dont enjoy just the music and the NJS one are dull ville.

Is there anything that will work after to encourage add a bit of music and keep me going I use Spotify mostly

No clue how auto correct made I finished into fisherwood.. sighs and promises herself for the gazillion time to proof read better

I'm not sure what sort of podcasts you are looking for, but if it's just running ones have you looked at the Nike run club app? It's free and has lots of different types of guided runs so you can have a voice in your ear. Some of them have straight coaching and encouragement, some are mindfulness, there are runs with famous athletes.
I am following their 10k training plan just now and am enjoying running much more when every run is different.
It works well with spotify.
