I fi isherwood couch to 5 2 weeks ago and I am really struggling to move on. I started out with Huw Williams couch to 5 the fun way but "outran" him as he was not as fast with the uploads so from week 6 I used the NHS podcasts. I really didn't enjoy them as much but I ploughed through.
I am now running 5 k and I really enjoy feeling the difference in my body but I miss a podcast to run with. I dont enjoy just the music and the NJS one are dull ville.
Is there anything that will work after to encourage add a bit of music and keep me going I use Spotify mostly
